Well, I had a left over Tech Mount brand GPS / Camera mount I wasn't using. So while I was moving the GIVI box forward so it can be leaned against for a backrest (GIVI backrest for the box ordered), I decided to make me a camera mount in anticipation for The Fall Smokies Ruckus Ride.......... ;D
My Ruckus with the box moved forward from where GIVI intended.....
I took the Tech Mount aluminum mount and fabricated a mounting bracket for it out of a piece of aluminum angle from Lowe's. I drilled it for right or left handed mounting just in case, but because of the throttle, I imagine it will remain on the left side.....
It turned out pretty clean looking......now I can take pics when folks pass me at The Smokies during the "drafting for position"................. ;D
