;D......okay, here's a photo of my '07....besides the bars, I have lowered the seat, removed the stock tailight assembly, added a custom (Harley!) tailight, relocated the rear turn signals, and installed the Battlescooter sidestand.....I also had ta flame the scoot, it just seemed like the thing to do...... s533.photobucket.com/albums/ee332/itspontiac/?action=view¤t=apes.jpg

I love it. How much more difficult are the turns with those bars?

....sorry I haven't checked back in a while-- been kinda busy with stuff.....the apehangers are no trouble to handling, and sorry, there are no plans to chop it out any more rad-- it is mostly my event transportation around large venues, so it needs to be basic and useable......and if I can remember how, I'll add a pic of the fishtail exhaust that I added, so that it looks more like my Harley (and sounds more like it too!).....

....okay, let's see if this works-- oh yeah, I also added a toggle switch to turn my headlights off, so as not to have them drag the battery down....saves a lotta grief and kickin'...... s533.photobucket.com/albums/ee332/itspontiac/

where did you get those handle bars? Ive been looking to change mine for a while now and the way those look... did you straight pipe the exhaust and use a lawnmower muffler? hows is that working out, loud? any re-jetting required with that mod?

...griff85-- they are bicycle bars (6-bends), and I got 'em used at a local bike shop.....and yep, the pipe is exactly that, and yeah, it's kinda loud, sorta like a 4-wheeler with a loud muff........no re-jetting required (and picked up a couple mph even).........and BlueRidge, tha is indeed so awesome, what a RAD Ruck!!!!

I'll be doing apes on my Ruck sometime in the near future to go along with my double seat, extended seat frame with sissy bar, and my eventual rare Kitaco frame brace
