Try the 80 and see how it runs above 50km/hr (30mph). If it's equal or better than the 85 then you've figured out the hard part. If it is the same and you're feeling ambitious you could try and make a 82.5 by drilling out your extra 75 but it's probably not necessary. If this 80 does work out then I'd try: 2 beer cap shims for a total of about 2mm. (You'd need to shave the white plastic needle holder a bit) and maybe 2 clips off the diaphram spring. Just try the shims first and if it leans out midrange then clip the spring. If it still runs lean from about 10km-50km (7-30mph) then clip another coil or two until it runs good. You may need to awkwardly lean back and cover part of the intake with your hand to get up to 50km/hr or start off down a big hill (I had to cover it with my hand) to get up to speed, in order to see how it runs above 50km/hr.

you should of seen my eyes light up. i was going downhill with a slight tailwind (most i ever got was 63 with the cdi) and i was looking at my gps and it was a paltry 56 even though the speedo needle was at the light , when i looked at the gps again it was 73km!!!!that was starting uphill again, also i didn't have a headstart like i usually do , i started from a lightabout 15 meters from the start of the downhill.
