No, it wont work, you cant take the Ruckus cylinder off the case becasue they are one piece, on that other engine they are two seperate pieces, the case and the cylinder. I am not sure, but I also doubt that piston would work in our engine because most of those bigger pistons use pins that are too fat to fit through the ruckus' rod.

lilruck is right. There will never be a nice bolt on kit you can buy. The only way to increase the bore is to actually take the engine to a machine shop, get them to bore it out a bit, replate it and then find a bigger piston to fit. The cylinder is like a sleeve that is about 1/2" thick. If you bore it out that wall gets progressively thinner. If you went to 70cc the wall would be very very thin and would almost certainly break. The max you can go to safely is about 60cc. Abe might be offering this work and a custom piston but he's waiting until the 2006 Ruckus's are annouced because he thinks it's possible they'll change the engine. Here's what Abe said:
"Hi Dan, the big bore is just boring and re-plating the cly plus a custom piston. Any good shop can do the work. The piston can be ordered from any of the top piston manufacturers in the US. The cost is about $150 for boring and plating and $200 for the piston. If you need to have the motor assembled it would cost about $150 more.
We are waiting for the new model year to see what is happening. I have a hunch a bigger motor is coming. I'm totally guessing but people are saying the Ruckus is not part of the 2006 lineup which makes no sense, what does make sense is a bigger motored little Ruckus."

I am not 100% sure, but I think its better if you have the piston first then take the piston to the machine shop with the case to be bored out because they can bore it to match that specific piston. I called wiseco and JE piston and inquired about a Ruckus/Zoomer piston around last September and they told me they didn't have one and wouldn't sell just one. Is there another piston maker or a special number you call JE or Wiseco for one off pistons?

Yeah you're 100% right on getting the piston first. I wasn't thinking clearly.
If someone finds a 60cc piston that'd be cool. We'd also need the correct shape of piston to keep the compression ratio in check.
I don't know if Wiseco has a piston that would work but i do know a guy who has their catalog and he has ordered individual pistons from it so it must be possible.

CP Pistons used to do one offs for anything custom. It's forged though.
