Why would that not work? The Ruckus is a single cylinder 50cc scooter, which is what that kit is for.

NOS is totally possible and it would be uber-rad. The thing is nos only works while you got it flicked on and the gas flowing. This would be very expensive to do all the time and a major hassle to fill your bottles every day. I could be wrong but I think on a car a medium sized bottle lasts 30sec at full throttle. Our scoots would use way less but we'd also have a smaller bottle. I don't think you'd do much better than 5min (Unless I'm wrong about the 30sec thing). It would be very cool but it's expensive.

I believe it would also burn a hole through your piston. Racers use NO for a quick burst not as a continously running fuel source.

Yeah good point ace. If you run it a lot it would be very hard on your engine. There's just no way to instantly double your horsepower and expect nothing to be stresses. I'd say save the 650$ and spend it on the H.0. cam and other performance mods that'll permanently increase your speed.
I would like to see someone try it though. I'm not sure how it would work with our carbs though. It seems like it would lean things out pretty good.

I have been thinking about this one. www.nitrousdirect.com/pocketbikenitrous.html#But I am going to exsperiment with the Propane injection kit I built for my VW TDI first. NOS would help alot with the acceleration but not do too much for top speed. Propane would be a lot cheaper and could be used for constant use. Then you could change your gear ratio and get a higher top speed.

I think is a bad idea, and i agree with DandyDan and ace, the worst part is that it wont last even the 30 seconds more than likelly 10, if that much
