Need to move rear signals and brake light...

I am looking to have a custom rack built for my Ruckus and because of the length (22" long) of the rack, I need to either relocate the stock signals and brake light or add additional signals and a brake light. I was looking to go with some of the LED options, but I am looking to get your thoughts and and the easy way to accomplish this task.
