Mario Kart

[Kami no Chiizu]

I picked up Mario Kart Wii a couple days ago. That game is dominating my time!

In my circle of friends, I'm usually the one who wins at any video game we play, like 90% of the time. So, I thought I'd try out the online play. Boy, I played for 2 hours the first night I got it, online, after hours of playing with my brother and 2 friends and playing by myself, so I was pretty familiar with a lot of the tracks, especially ones off previous games... boy, I won 3 races in that two hour block of time. But I had a lot of fun getting spanked at it.

I know there's a couple of you on here that's got a Wii, anyone have Mario Kart?

Also picked up No More Heroes, but I haven't been able to think about changing games...

I'd imagine the new version is awesome, I still love the old mario cart. Have a few friends over & play for hrs. ;D

I like that this one has retro courses on it, too. It's got the original Mario Circuit on it, and I was tripping out hearing the old music (I've lost my copy of the SNES Mario Kart).

I do miss some of the things from Double Dash, like the personalized weapons each character could get, though. Still worth the money. My buddie's girlfriend was the first person to play it with me. Now, every store she goes to that has a demo of it, she's on the machine. Hopefully they'll get a Wii, soon.

I got it that game rules, playing against people all over the world, and my friends mii's always show up and mess me up. I will get my friends code if anyone wants to race sometime

I ended up joining the mariokartwii.com forums and race with folks there. Makes me feel young, again, too, what with all the middle school age kids on there.
