Repost from TR:
So I went for another ride after fixing a coolant leak and re-filling and bleeding the system. Made it about a mile and it started spraying coolant in my face again. Rode home, spent about an hour bleeding and re-bleeding and tightened the cap on like a son-of-a. Went around the block a few times, nothing happened, but the temp gauge wasn't working. Figured I burned up the sensor when it over heated.
So I went for a ride, after 17kms it locked up. Dead. No start, couldn't even kick the thing with all my might. So I start pushing/rolling it home. Make it 2kms (sorry the speedo is in kms), decide to try it again, after a few swift kicks (more like jumps) the piston breaks free. Hit the starter and she fires, so I blaze while the going is good. Make it another 4kms and it dies, won't start. So I walk about 5 miles to my painter's place, we get the bike and bring it home.
It's leaking coolant from the head and has 80 psi of compression. So that's toast. Bummer...
But there is some light at the end of this jacked up Italian tunnel. That jerk I spoke to on the phone today has kits in stock $209 to $325 bucks that will have all the parts I need to fix it. Oh and there was rum and Mojito mix waiting for me to make me feel better.
Ami il vostro Honda, scooters italiani succhiano l'asino.

Well the rum and mojito make it worth while Sounds like a busted head gasket to me Yeah, and the best part, they don't have head gaskets... I'm not being smart here either... I'll tear down and take some pictures.
