was thinking of making some type of cracket then running it to a small battery under the seat, you can get covers to coer it too. I'm thinking some sort of hard plastic to keep the rain off and lock it on somehow.

Beware, some states say you can use one ear plug but not two. I think trying to mount speakers on Ruckus would be problematic and in the wind with a helmet on at 35mph I'm not sure how good the fidelity would be
