So finally i got home from Hong kong last night around 2am.....but i was tempted to hear the yoshi so i got to work... At Tokyo parts, all typed of piped hanged from the ceiling but to say the truth, only the yoshimura caught my attention. It was simply as masterpiece and I chose the titanium yoshimura.. I had to do some shaving with the bracket for the Daytona Dip stick to fit but i had the Yoshi on my ruck in no time. I fired the ruck up and it growled in a pitch so mean i didn't recognize my ruck at first. I was amazed how much of a difference it made! however i did not want to disturb my neighbours so sadly i went to sleep. This morning i installed the kickstand and must say it adds a very nice touch to the ruck..it makes the ruck look more.....mature WEll back to the the pipe....i took it for a run outside and was simply stunned by the sound. I was grinning the entire trip through the neighbourhood with the pipe screaming behind me... Its like listening to the orchestra, so much different sounds coming from the pipe, at low revs it burbles like a muscle car, and high revs it screams like a sport bikes, and when you let go of the throttle it quiets down. i just LOVE this pipe! Wells thats all for today folks, more updates in the coming weeks

never saw a titanium one before,
now thats ultra rare ! makes our carbon ones a little common...
and yeah that sound,no idea how they make a 50 seem like a 500, takes a bit of getting use to,cos it seems like theres a bigger bike riding to the right of you,all the time.
are you going to fit the rear bracket rrom the back of the muffler to the fender? and did you get 2 bracket options there?

Sweet Pipe Did you notice any changes in performance (plus or minus)? You mentioned it gurgles on the bottom, do you think you'll have to change the jetting or is it just a sound thing? Again, nice ride!! Dan

hehe still stock jets and running better than before, never checked the plug tho so can't be exact with my judgement about lean or rich...... My altitude is 668m so stock i was running a bit rich im guessing....now i think the pipe actually brought me very close to the full power of the engine, its so torquey and quick on acceleration now compared to before...maybe a bit lean up top tho because i am getting around 65km/h instead of my post 74km/h max speed but nonetheless still fast enough for me currently Unfortunately i had my wisdom teeth removed so im stuck on bed right now and couldn't play with the ruck more The gurgle i believe is original sound, its not really gurgling like water going down the drain but more like the rumble of a muscle car. The best thing is if i want it to quiet down i just let go of the throttle and the exhaust immediately tones down.. LASTLY, im thinking to cut my 06 needle to the length of 05 needle because as Dabinche suggested it might be restricting full opening of the gas but i dono how to grind it down to a fine point like both needle ends....

it did'nt fit mine at first too, i put mine im the vice and twisted it slightly at one end, to make the bolt holes a more accurate fitting,
as one end or the other is not rotated to the right angle,so thats why i twisted it,
it now lines up perfectly.
it will go..
where did the mirrors come from? and as man above said,do the work well?

hehe i just forced the brackets on and seems to be holding alright..............
The mirrors are Tanax Napoleon Balljoint mirrors, one of the most famous brand for motorcycle (mainly scooters) mirrors, i got them in Hong Kong, but you can get them in Japan too and maybe you should check Battle Scooter Store by phoning them......Im starting to like the mirrors more after i finally found this perfect spot for rear view and recently i replaced my black adapters to chrome ones which are much more nicer..

they do really look cool,
makes the original setup look like antlers !
looks like the position you have is peering over your wrists, and not elbows like the original ones. good looks usually come without any function, so well done.

so today is yet another good day and I went out to install my brand new 260mm BMF rear shock! Just looking at it it's a truly sexy piece to match my Ti Yosh! Here it is installed Then that stupid reflector thing behind the license plate made a cut on my hand so I whipped out the dremel and shaved it off. Here are the results The BMF 260mm was just right, with my ginormous pirellis on in the back it was still able to clear from touching the floor with the kickstand on and did not rub at all even with my airbox on. As Sanjuro and Arunto said, this shock sure is stiff, way stiffer than stock shock. When i sat on it,the shock barely moved lol......but its not TOO stiff to the point of being annoying...the shock didn't made the ride bumpy or bouncy but rather made the ruck feel super agile and light. The BMF ate the bumps like a champ and cornered way better than the sloppy stock shock. Overall Im loving it!

That's a spiffy looking shock. I'm not big in the chrome look, but if it was in like flat black and the muffler too, that'd be nice.
