Has anyone else been unfortunate enough the have problems with their finish? I have, I even contacted them within the first wopping 45 days before the warrenty on the fininsh expires. They were and are unwilling to do anything about it. My paint comes off if it is too hot and you happen to rub against it! I have rust! The scooter is less than a year old! I am more than frustrated. I love my BR but I will never purchase a bike/scooter from Honda again.

That sucks! Have you tried taking it to a few different Honda dealers? Keep bringing it in to different places until one of them says they'll do something about it.

It's not the dealers. They have all said I am SOL. Honda doesn't seem to care.

If you search the archives you will find many opinions on Honda Customer service. It's almost the worst on the planet (I've heard suzuki is worse) Contact Consumer Affairs in your state and file your complaint. Do the same with the BBB they cannot force any action but they will contact Honda of America and get an answer. Good luck with a crappy situation
