Brought both our bikes to Sanger Cycles today. Did a pull on LiteW8's bike it made: 3.05hp and 2.36 ft/lbs NUFAN made: 4.34 and 2.85 The first time he took my bike to 9k and shut it off because the light came on on my Veypor. The next pull I told him to watch me and keep on it, everyone in the shop thought it was going to blow up! It was actually pretty funny. A difference of 42.3% in HP and 20.76% in TQ which is insane!! Wowzers! Is LiteW8's Ruck stock? Have you dyno's a stock Ruck on that Dyno?
And do you jam the gearing when you do these runs? On my Veypor the HP curves would always be super weird because it would rise up to 7-8k and then the variator would shift it back down to 6.5k and it would keep repeating that as the scooter accelerates so the graph would be all wonky.
Man that video makes my nervous when your Ruckus is screaming higher and higher like that.

Man that video makes my nervous when your Ruckus is screaming higher and higher like that. He has a Zero pipe and a 45 degree daytona bolted onto the carb, nothing else. So for all intents and purposes it's stock. Nope, just run it, if you look at the graph there are loops, but it's still a good line, nice and smooth for the most part. That was only 10,500 - I ride around 9-10k all the time. Sounds great! |

Duh....I should have noticed the pipe on LiteW8's.
Anyways, interesting results for sure! Now I'm itching to get my scooter dynoed!
