Remember about 20 years ago when they first put cops on "Mountain Bikes"? Didn't think so! They were laughed at a lot. Pretty common place now and definatly taken seriously.

 Here in Miami Beach they have cops on roller skates, so the ruckii will actually be a more serious approach to patrolling
