Hello fellas,
This board seems to be a lot more active than the Metro board and since the two vehicles are similar I figured I could post here.
My dilema is as follows:
I am a larger guy, 6 foot 260lbs and I need a better rear shock. I have read in this fourum that larger dudes are going for the 285mm showa shock for their Ruckuses, I would like to do the same on my metro but the BattleScooterStore only indicates the 260mm as being available for the metro.
Questions:
Can the 285mm shock be installed on the Metro? Are modifications needed?
Would the 260mm shock be ok for me?
What size is the OEM shock? Would I get more travel out of a 260mm?
