Yeah. The Bike was stolen in Feb and I got it back in July. Officer Bellino of the DC Park police caught a guy on it and it went to the impound lot They called me and I picked it up. It was pretty messed up. The seat frame was swapped (I guess it was a disguise?) they punched the ignition, they pry-ed the gas cap off and mangled the tank real good. When I got it back the guy who had it put a 1000 miles on it and hadn't changed the oil it was nasty. The gas mileage has also dropped off to like 65 miles till the light kicks on. I think it may be because of the gas cap not sealing so good but I'm unsure? any thoughts?? The Ketchup and Mustard color scheme was also pretty nasty, a big motivating factor in the chop. The big plus is the ride!! It's chopper like cause you sit further back from the bars and your arms are more straight so it takes some of the weight off your back.

Excellent work, way more than I have time for. Nice chop job and super welding. Your picture phone renders much better quality than mine.(I have to use a digicam) The chopper riding position is great for for short trips and you don't look as much like a sissy. Scooters & Fat Chicks, they're fun to ride but you wouldn't want your freinds to catch you. Lots of fun being closer to the ground and all stretched out. A+++++

My custom low-ruck got stolen again I'm bummed. About a week ago from 2121 Penn ave in Washington DC. during the middle of the day. it was locked to the bike rack next to my friends ruck and another Buddy's elite 125. So if anyone out there sees it please let me know, it the only one I've ever seen with the custom low-rider seat mod. I couldn't stand being with out one so I bought a used 05 from a guy on craigslist. He put a CDI and re-jetted the carbs, runs out nice but after seeing the video of Spoonkillers trip to TokyoParts I'm ready strech it and but some new skins on it. I'll post pics soon.

Hey dude I live in Rockville and my two buddies have Ruckus' and my girl rides my other. We ride downtown sometimes but use beach drive to get down there. Do you wear a helmet, or get harrased by the cops in DC? I havent yet but didnt want to venture to far into DC because I dont know their laws. Sorry about your Ruck that sucks, I havent really ever left mine un attended to long no I'm even more worried.

that's a very nice mod you just did, but that's su uncool it got stolen again. hope they'll find it again, those aren't that hard to find I guess. I know if mine gets stolen, that they might get it back in no time as it's the only one around (I think the closest ones are at 100km far from here and they belong to a driving school). anyway, don't loose faith you might see it again and then you'll have 2 ^^

Can't say I know of any DC area clubs, but I know a few heads in the area with scoots.. If you ladies are going to be in Old town let me know where and when, I'd be down for meeting up. DC

They (the Bombshells scooter club) are putting on a big ride to a corn maze in Fredericksburg, Va. 60 mile ride speeds of 55mph. The Ruck would have to be towed, I might ride my CBR. They leave from Arlington, Va. Its the day before Halloween. They want to ask if the scooters can ride in the maze since that's its last weekend open. That would be tight for the Ruck. For info see the DC MD VA PA Yahoo scooter board.

Sweet avatar MotherRuckus...that's hot...I think the Ruckus would (relatively) do quite well in the Corn maze. You'd have those big tires for grip and it's a pretty small/low scoot so I think you could handle the corners. The U-turns in the dead ends would be a bit tight though.
