It's funny, I've been asking her for a while now if she wanted to scoot and once I got her on there it was hard to get her off the Ruck! I think she'll be asking for a Met in no time. We also tried riding with both of us on and it wasn't too bad. I definitely need a new shock and a little buddy seat for her, but I could see us cruising down side roads quite easily.

She looks great on it. I hope she does get a scoot too. The two of you would have a blast. I rode for 40 miles yesterday on country roads and I wished I had a scooter buddy. Oh well, funny looks from people in cars kept me company.

Got the girlfriend to try my scoot in the parking lot, true to form it only took about 15 minuets and she was riding like the wind (well a strong breeze atleast). After she understood to look where she wanted to go, and how to apply the brakes correctly she luv'd it. Soon we'll do the trip downtown together, me on the cbr her on the Ruckster. PS, luv the tank-top Spoonie ;D

Get some foot pegs too. Your passenger has nowhere to put her legs otherwise. Also when you ride solo, they make for a great tuck position ride! Ruckass

My wife (camokus) and I do most of our riding together. She has to tell me to just go by myself sometimes to get some time alone!

guys becareful what you wish or ask for....I was trying and trying to get my wife on my little ruckus when I had it. She finally decided to do at an event we were at....and the worst thing happened. She fell and broke her elbow in two places. And that was back in Novemeber...she is still in rehab. Needless to say...she won't be going near ever again. Just a story to ponder.....

That is a sad story Lowpez, very rare to hear of a bad situation caused by a Ruckus ride...

Yeah, that's a rough one. I got my wife to want her own met b/c she would even ride my ruck. That's just fine with me. She's been doing fine on hers, I hope she never wrecks though.
