I'd love to know how fast they get their Zoomers going. I can't imagine it's too fast cuz I haven't heard to any performance mods we don't have plus I don't think they have the H.O. Cam. Maybe someone has NOS though for a temporary boost.
I think a Ruckus race would be so fun. I'd love a track that was mix of asphalt sport bikeish turns and a few dirt sections to mix it up and capitolize on the Ruckus's diversity.

I'm not sure what I think of that wheelbase extension kit. The rear wheel just kinda looks absurdly out there from that angle. I do love the look of the Yoshimura pipe though. Oh and his rear rim is great. I think it's a Dio rim that been made black somehow (anodized?)

Thats what I'd like to do with my rims when they come in! I don't know it the wheelbase extention improves performace but it makes the scoot look lower than it really is. Just a neat effect. Makes it sorta look like a dragracer!

personally I think the long extension is pimp, makes it look badass, mad max style.
as for the nos i bet it's real I mean most of the japanese people I know have tons of cash.
all the exchange students I've met/befriended in my university days had tons of cash. one kid from taiwan had an allowance of 10,000 cdn everymonth from his rents, i asked about him buying a subaru outback one day and he said he just saved two months allowance, CRAZY

Those are draggsters, so more than likelly they use the nos, and i second Dandy, i would LOVE to be in a road race with the ruckus were there is a mix of asphalt and dirt, we will run circles around the italian scooters

Almost every bike on that page has a 2-stroke motor installed.

Almost every bike on that page has a 2-stroke motor installed. I don't thinks so. Most of the zoomers pictured there have modified 4 stroke zoomer motors. Look at the above picture. You can clearly see the radiator that we all have on our rucks.

Yes, but there are a few bikes with expansion chambers on them. A couple of the tranny covers say "YMT" on them. I believe means Yamaha Motors Taiwan, which is where they make yamaha scooters. Sorry for the exaggeration. THREE bikes on this page have 2-stroke motors. kiri2racing.sakura.ne.jp/pege/daninsyoukai.htmlI liked the green one a t the top before he painted it. It was pulled off of the tokyo parts gallery page.

Those arent dragsters, they are lap bikes. I don't know what motors they are using but they look like stock motors with mods. I see some of them have NOS kits. They probably have to keep the stock motors in order to enter the race as a "Zoomer". After that they can probably mod it out to a certain point. But since none of us speak/read Japanese, I think we are all just guessing.

Totally Ruckass. But, I think it's rad that we are a group of people online that are obsessed with one japanese scooter clubs bikes, which happen to be the honda ruckus. It's like trying to guess what I have done to my bike. foxed.ca/img/robomod/PICT0118.JPG

I love the rim in the second pic down (white Zoomer). It's just like the black one posted above but with a lovely red center cap instead of gold. If abe had these rims in black with red or black center caps I'd probably get a set.
