Heya ya'll Just bought a 03 black Ruckus, going to drive four hours on Sunday to pick it up. Got it for a steal, found out what trade in was (1,550 canadian I'm in Halifax NovaScotia) and offered the kid 1,600 he took it ! I can't wait to get it! Now I've been lookin @ all those asian Ruckus web sites, and I have to know if anyone knows where to get adjustable front forks. I already own a 01 CBR f4i and I know that I'll be missing the suspension perks that true sportbike shocks deliver. Do any of you think XR50 forks will fit into the Ruckus (with or without moddification)..? I'm sure I'll have more questions once I get it in the garage and start playin with it... Look forward to exchanging stories and tech info with everybody!

I think there is a post or two on the site regarding aftermarket forks. In fact there are probably some answers to your future questions somewhere on the site. I hope that I don't sound like a dyk. But regarding the forks, The pair I see on most Japanese Ruckus (Zoomer) are from the Honda Live Dio ZX. They are pretty much the best forks you can get for the Ruckus, or any scooter for that matter. They are also spensive! I have a friend looking for some in Japan. I'll let you know what he finds.

Naw I didn't think you sounded like a dyke. I did a serch on the site for front forks, didn't come up with much reguarding the the front shocks, so I thought I'd ask. I did how ever see people talk about that Honda Live Dio ZX, for awhile I thought it was refrence to a website....thanks for clearing that up bud ;D. Four more days till I pick it up, Woot Woot!
