:PThis is my flamed solo seat i put on my ruckus... The bracket may be in production for sale soon... but not sure... here is how it all began... I went too a local custom bike shop and was lookin around and i said too my self wow it would be reely cool too have a flamed solo seat on my scooter, and it would make it so comfortable... So i purchaced one... then i went too a metal shop and picked up some 1 inch tubing and steel bar for the tabs... i got some longer bolts for the sides too... so my first design was the bar going across then too have 2 tabs going back too the 2 hols that hold the plastec on but that diddent work because it got in the way of the springs on the seat... so instead i used the back shock mount hole too reduce the risk of my seat falling bacwards of forwards... so i welded it all up and painted it with screening ink, it is almost as hard as powdercoating... then i drilled 2 holes in the plastec for the springs too go through wen i sit on it.. and now it os SOOOO comfortable it is like riding a chopper, alot of people think it is a chopper! That looks cool I'm really happy to see all of these home made mods, I think given enough time we'll close the gap with what they've been doing in Japan. How tall are you? That seat is pretty far back.

Yes there is a HUGE speed advantage too it that i have found... alot more acceleration cuz of wind rezistance... and it is alot easyer on the front suspention... the back shock does bottom out alot, but i am going too a local cycle salvage shop tomorow too find a old dirt bike shock that will fit it... that will give me alot more streingth...
P.S. I am 250 Pounds, and 6 ft 3, but my boss is only 5 ft 2 and she rode it fine, its jus a bit more of a streatch... my next mods are...
-Ape Hangers -1 Off Egsaust that is pinched off for back pressure with a nice tip on it... -Aluminum floor under seat... -A Race brace with highway pegs made from possibly square tubing... -Air Brushed Gas Tank -Pin Striped rims and variator cover -Air Breather, Possibly harley shuvel head breather -Neon underglow re-location Aluminum fender on front, and Steel boat fender on back...
Hope too get more input on my 1 off products... if i get enough feed back i will start producing them in london ontario and they will be sold as cheap as i can so that you all can get them

very nice! I plan on doing the same sort of thing for a passenger seat. I need to buy a tube bender and learn how to use it; Then I can build a sidecar with it's own motor, a one wheel trailer, rear rack, ect.

That is so BAD "edit profanity"!!!
I have to tell you though that the Dirtbike shock may not be the best answer. I would get a good one that is made for scooters. I tried that with my old bike. think about it ... dirt bike shocks are made to balance out weight over two shocks, not one. Unless you can find a good monoshock , but they are ussually too short. Make sure that the size is the stock 255mm or a variance of plus or minus 10mm. This way you won't throw off your frame geometry .

Hell Ya Its really Comfortable i kno alot of people say that it wouldent be comfortable but think of it this way... Your legs are more streached out so its more comfortable, your arms are at the perfect position that also makes it comfortable, The seat is a jell seat and is very padded, it has 3 springs underneith it too soak up all the bumps the stock shock misses! How would that not be comfortable!! lol

:)Love the Seat, and the matching Helmet. The combo is better than anything on the Japanese website. Can't have too many flames or skulls! Great job! Now, if you could just get the same flames on the sides of the front cover (over the Battery), that would really be sweet.
