If you create a thread in this picture/photo/video board you MUST post a picture, video, and/or a picture link. You can also have text, etc. but to create a new thread you MUST post a picture, video, and/or picture link. .
Users are allowed to reply to threads with just text and a photo/picture/video is not neccesary.

Which brings me back to my earlier question. How do you post pics? I click attach image and it gives me URL code. Can someone clue me in.

You have to have the pictures somewhere on the web, whether you've got your own web space, or by using some free web hosting to post the picture. When you upload the pictures somewhere, the address is to the picture will be what you put in the url code... so, if your website is www.ruckass.com and you were to upload say, ruckus.jpg to on there, you would put www.ruckass.com/ruckus.jpg in there.
