Stutters at anything more than half throttle

I installed a home made air intake in my ruckuss and develop a very bad stutter when i try to accelerate at any thing more than half thottle, i thought it was the air intake but i reinstall the factory set up, and samething,
probably when i was revving it to the moon in the stand with the new intake, i caused some damage to the engine,
anyway tomorrow i plan to check the gas filter and the valves, i need to get the engine running right before i play with the carb and the new intake, i checked for vacuum leaks and found none. Clean the carb and it looks ok. So, any ideas?

Well i finally figure out the problem in my ruckus, it appear that the coil cracked when i felt, so at 6k it develop a misfire, the coil is attached by only one bolt so is very easy to get damaged by a hard fall, replacing it cured the problem, next week it intent to install the intake back
