So why not just go for some custom forward pegs? Put 'em where you want. I like the idea of the forward pegs, but $140 is way to much for that piece. It was on my list to order, bottom line, that's $140 I cannot put into performance. I would look into other options. Think "MOTORCYCLE", think "SALVAGE". Happy hunting.... May want to stop by a BMX shop as well.

Yeah several people have made their own....I've seen them hung off the headlight brackets or by running a bracket under the floorboard using the forward two floorboard bolts to secure it. If you're handy it's a nice way to save some $$$.

970performance parts also has the racing frame brace with pegs for about $180. Not only does it look cool, but it will also help the tall guys (i'm 6'2") stretch out

I have the attack bar and it rocks! Perfect foot rest. I do need to add more chrome now or paint it red. (black/red color scheme.
