so a while back, at one of my group's ride outs, one of my scoot pals showed me a simple little mod that he did to the battery box/ front cover thingy.... he removed the stock screws (black philips-head screws) and replaced them with raised stainless steel allen screws. i decided to do the same thing so today i did the battery box screws plus the two screws on the front (front wheel side) on the floor boards - they sit on either side of the steering but below the battery box. I also replaced the floor/ underseat panel bolts and the 6 short bolts holding the seat frame to the body. i am thinking that this is mainly an aesthetic change, but living here on the West (wet) Coast, perhaps the switch-over from stock fittings (zinc alloy) to stainless might help somewhat. either way, they look good. there ya have it

Some people have used other picture posting ways, but i found fox method easier becouse he put the steps one by one, but i also found it hard the first time i tried, however now i think is pretty easy, i think your mistake is that you are supose to only replace the URL part but leave the parts beteewn the [] before and after the http adress By the way i like the allen look on the bolts at the batt cover but on the floor board the look like the factory ones, keep posting those pictures
