If you mean avatars, they hafta be like 100x100 pixels or something. You just go into profile, and click edit profile, and there's a spot for them.
And if you mean the little thing under your message, I don't think you can put pictures in it.

Basically, you need to sign up for a picture hosting site like photobucket.com and then you can upload your picture to that site. Then you just go into profile and enter the link for that picture in the avatar spot.

Okay, I was wrong. You can put a picture in the profile if you put the image tags on it, just like posting a picture in a message. I tried it with html tags the first time. Duh.
