I finally got a few more pics online of my Skiing trip about a month ago. I might be able to post a vid of that last drop if I can get the file type sorted out and it uploaded. 70 inches of snow the week I was there: Just pulling out of a back scratcher iron cross. This was an awesome afternoon because the lift for the expert terrain park was brokendown so the park was closed (ie. empty) so me and 2 friends traversed/hiked over to it and then spent a couple hours hitting the jumps. Hiking up and down the hill was super tiring but it was worth it because we could take our time and snap pics and vids at our leisure. It was awesome because I've never actually ridden a terrain park (other than on my mtn bike) before so I was loving how forgiving the snow was: A bit of air: As you can see, the landing didn't work out so good because the snow was so deep/soft that in pic 2 I'm knee deep so the skis stayed behind causing the outcome in pic 3. I have the video clip for the last 3 pics but I have to play with the format before I can upload it properly.

Dan must be implying it isn't "sand"...................... It's a lot like sand except this stuff doesn't occur next to palm trees and sunny oceans. Nor do scantily clad babes lay all over it.

Yeah, I occur around cedar trees and fat women. Only sand around me is in sandboxes at the park. I miss that zany white powdery stuff. I'm gonna move to Florida, 'cause if I can't have snow, I guess I'll take the other.
