So, I won a pair of shoes on ebay, the other day.
Pair of Nike ACGs, trail running shoes, been needing a new pair...
Opening bid was about 35 bucks... buy it now price was 45. I waited till there was about 30 seconds left to do a little early sniping... if somebody had bought them before then, I just wouldn't have got them. I went to bid 37.00. Yeah, apparently, I missed the decimal on the number pad, so I instead bid 37300. Yeah, I wanted those shoes that bad. Needless to say, nobody else bid, and even if they had I don't think it would have stopped me from winning the shoes. Just thought I would share, 'cause it amuses me.
And I don't have rolling laughing guy to put at the end of my story...
