Extended warranty... worth it?

My warranty is up in April 2005 on my Ruckus and of course when I was buying it the salesman tried to sell me the extended warranty. I told him I will wait. Is purchasing the extended warranty a good idea for the ruckus? Is it worth it to shell out the cash for the warranty or just take my chances since I take good care of my Ruckus? Has anyone here had to use their extended warranty?

If you work on your own stuff it's no good. If you pay
someone and use your scooter a lot it may be a good idea.

You could take that money and buy some tools. It would keep
you on the right track ;D

how much is the extended warranty for an 09 ruckus ?

Hmm....tough question. I think it's around $150 but I'm not sure.
