Man, take about 2 weeks off of this forum, and it's hell catching up. And I'm one of those people who hafta read every thread, no matter if it pertains anyway shape or form to me and my intentions on my Ruckus or not. Maybe that's just more room to spam, who knows. Woo, that was a lot of readin'...
Woot, and I've got over 600 posts! That's like as many as Abe had when I joined this place.

Me and Chanito are having a heated race to 600. Word on the street is that first one to 600 gets 5 green stars and the title 'Ruckus Tech God'.

I was just in WV for a weekend, then I knew it'd take forever to catch up, and got scared... then I finally worked up the courage. It's easy to catch up on UrbanScootin'... I don't care about every single thread on there. Just the one's all the scooter chicks are talkin' bout. ;D Wow, I got missed... I'm all blushing... like him -> Only much more manly. I missed Kimi, though...

It is with much reluctance that I report that my trusty Tonka Truckus Yellow Ruckus that has served me for the last 14 months has gone to a new home, replaced with a Suzuki Burgman 400. I have learned so much from this forum. I will still lurk about, partly ready to share my experiences, & partly just to keep up with whatever is happening. Thanks to all who have provided advice & have shared tips with me. Duster

Ted, it's all I can do to talk, with this grim on my face from ear to ear.....sorta like when I first got the Ruckus. I had intended to move up to the 250 Ruckus, but because it is a new model, the dealers didn't want to deal. The dealer where I got my Ruckus pointed out the Burgman 400 in the showroom, & we talked about pricing. I was really reluctant to jump up that much in size, but as I work through my learning curve, I am more confident I have made the right choice. Now that I am through the initial breakin mileage, I don't have to drive on the shoulder anymore. Now I can keep up with traffic, & the Burgman 'feels' so good....my bum knee feels better because I can streach my legs out . I just like it.

Now, I'm back too!!! I've been away for a bit. I've been busy working on buying a wine shop of my own.
I've heard rumors that the forum is getting out of hand. I guess I gotta do a lot of catch-up reading....

Welcome back CT and the best of luck on your new independant venture. When I started my first business it was very scary: no guarantees, but I made it and so will you, good luck ;D
