Are they any simple ways to get increased take of speed or a little more power without having to worry about rejeting and all that? I have an 07 and would like to get just a little more out of it.
Thanks ;D

I would switch to 6g rollers (higher revs) and toss in some Blue C4U clutch springs from Battlescooter ($15). That'll give you a bit more pep off the line and help the acceleration up to 30mph or so. Shouldn't change the top end.

I lost 1-2 mph off top end with this mod. Accel is good, tho!

I just asked how to get better acceleration at TR then found it answered right here. Is tossing in the blue clutch springs fairly simple? I had no problems putting 6g rollers in a week back, are the clutch springs any more difficult or should I be fine? Also, should I be buying the Polini variator or is the stock one fine for now with the new clutch springs?

Yeah the clutch springs are easy...remove the nut on the clutch bell just like you did the variator nut and then you can just use needle nose pliers to remove the old springs and clip in the new ones. It's that easy.
The stock variator will be fine with these springs...only get an aftermarket variator if you want taller gearing on the top end.
