;DI second that emotion, Phred! Actually, both my wife and I are making up for not being able to have mini-bikes as kids (and I had the money I had earned / saved myself!).
I just can't ride it without smiling!

My Ruck does take me back too .My first bike was a Honda CT-70. I had so much fun on that bike I regret ever selling it. Now I've got the Ruck and I'm haveing more fun than I ever had on my 85 Interceptor 500! I couldn't go to the Beer Store on my Interceptor. Don't drink and ride! ;D

I have read so many reviews on the net where men talk about the Ruck taking them back to childhood fun on mini-bikes and that they actually enjoy it more than their big motorcycles. It is an interesting but very real phenomenon. It is the same phenomenon that mades me want a scooter. ;D

Mine is like the bike I was never able to have as well. Many of my friends had bikes when I was a kid. I rode on all of them when my parents were not around. I bought it for cheap transportation and am totaly loving it. I ride it just to ride. Now that the wife has a fully functioning ride as well we just fire them up and go. I have put 65 miles on it this week and 15 on my truck. I have to work out of town this week so the truck will see alot of the road but next Sunday when I am off again I know me and the Ruckus will be out for a cruise. The wife and I are talking about getting bike licences now as well and looking for bigger scooters for long hauls. I like the no shifting no clutch thing. Great for stop and go traffic.

Wow....this is neat to hear about so many people w/Ruckus scooters. I have yet to see one on the road other than mine and my Dads. We fell in love with them at the 2002 international motor cycle show. Hell I went there to look at my new Harley that I was getting at the end of the year. 5 months later after the Ruckus 1st hit state side...pops picked up his. I rode it...fell in love...so I bought mine. Had it for two years...600 miles later, I sold it to get the BIG Ruckus. I love the big Ruckus...but I also miss the Little one. My two girls love the scooter. My oldest...want to ride on it all of the time. I am gonna have to get her a helmet. I am amazed at how well both Ruckus are balanced so well. They are great for "slow race"...events. Well everyone I have really enjoyed this site. Ride safe....rubber side down. ;D
