Sure, it's been between upper 20s and lower 50s (farenheit) here in Boone, but to save costs, our furance is set to 60... So, it's pretty freakin' cold in the apartment... Oi...
Ha, ha, I didn't have nuthin' on my ears and chin on the ride back from class, so they was all numb, it's so much fun...
It's all be good, though, if it'd just freakin' snow! Jeez! C'mon, already!
Yeah, I'm bored at the moment... I guess I could work on homework... prolly not...

I wish I were gettin' flurries... anything...
I mean, once it hits, it won't go away for a long time, but still, I'm impatient...
I hate cold weather if I don't have the snow to go with it!

I miss the snow. I doubt that I'll see it this year in Texas, but you never know . It has been raining a lot here and hasn't been that cold but today it got really cold... mid 40s! I had to put on long johns under my pants before I got on the bike. Only two or three more months until it starts getting warm again...here anyway.

I'm just a few hours north of Lolakey and have the same crappy weather. Ya know I don't mind cold, but wind and rain to go with it makes things miserable. Snow is so much nicer than wind and rain. My Ruckus is gettin' dusty sitting in the garage. Grrr.

Get some long jonhs and rain gear. You won't feel a thing! Of course --- you might not be able to move, but at least you'll be riding.

Mid 40's is cold? Bahahahaha. Days here are 4 degrees Celcius here. Nights are -1. And its gonna get a lot colder. I'm gonna keep riding. Long underwear, scarf, LAYERS of fleece, rain gear and good gloves. The Ruckus was made for this kinda thing. Freezing Ruckass

Of course, with the windchill puts it below freezing...
I didn't put the tarp on Ryoko very securely, last night... I woke up, and heard my windchimes... It takes a hell of a lot of wind to move my giant wind chimes... I looked out the window, and sure enough, Ryoko was undressed... had to go outside and find the tarp...
Then, I bought got blown over a few times on the ride to class... man, scary fun stuff... I just wish it'd snow.

I done my time too, almost 13 years in Omaha Nebraska. I laughed at the Texas natives freezing thier arses off in 40 degree weather when I moved down here but now that I've been here six years I get cold just like they do. I acclimated...darn it.

I love the snow. I need to move back. The problem is you can't ride a motorcycle for a couple months of the year.
For the lizards out in scooter land you can buy this cool underwear from BMW it's called "ComfortTemp" I'm sure I didn't spell it right but it's magic stuff and about $300 for the tops and bottoms. It lasts a long time. I bought mine back when it came out and it's still good even though I wear it all the time. It keeps you warm all the time and you won't get hot. I'm telling you, it's magic, check it out!

It snowed here last night. Well not exactly downtown Vancouver but on the outskirts. The ski hills are open. I'm going boarding! Wonder if I should try the Ruckus up Cypress Mountain...
