SWEET  do they make a kit that would turn my 49rr into a 125rr here in the states  if so how much would it run... it would be amazing to have this thing going 65 and have the power when you wanted it ;D |

I believe those pics are showing an imitation Ruckus made in Taiwan by a company called Dolsoe which copied the Ruckus design and tossed in a old 80's Honda GY6 engine. The ones shown in those pics have quite a bit of work done to them and they look pretty good for imitations although the wheelbase on the purple one is really getting out of hand.
If you want to use this engine in your Ruckus, the first step is to buy one (www.gy6usa.com) and then buy all the other parts you'll need (exhaust, intake, carb, stater, voltage relay, fuel pump etc) and then fab a bracket to mount the engine and put it all together. It's not that hard to do compared to other engine swaps. The nice thing about this engine is that it's cheap and there is a ton of parts for it but the downside is that it's old technology so the 125cc version doesn't even make double the power I believe.

Thanks again dan I guess $450 aint too bad, but like you said not the same power considering it being an older model...  I guess well have to wait for honda to come out with the 125 ruckus... ;D around year 2015 |

That's just a GY6 swap.... I don't think so...I'm pretty sure the scoots shown aren't real Rucks. There are a bunch of minor details that show it's a dolsoe like how in the below pic there aren't any holes in the frame to mount pegs:  The engine is a GY6 but I don't think it was swapped in, I'm pretty sure that's the stock Dolsoe engine and then these scoots have just been blinged out. |

Check out the welds near where the frame holes should be...majorly sloppy. Also, the fork crown is different.
