yeah, so my engine arrived today, whats the consensus on jets to start with, i was thinking 38-88 or 40-88 as a baseline and going from there Detailed Butt Dyno reports to ensue when there is not a foot of snow on the ground currently just reassembling everything, IHAR did a bang up job, everything looks fantastic.... he did an amazing job of centering that exhaust port too ;D PROPS!

I'd say a 38 slow jet and maybe an 85 main but judging from some other news I've heard from you recently, you've got bigger worries now.....sorry to hear about em.

timber, could you show us pictures of anything that may have been damaged? Just would like to see what it would look like. With that thought, I hope everything is okay though.

Flywheel pullers are generic but you need the right size. I'm pretty sure the Ruckus flywheel takes 27mm x 1 left hand threads...not the 24mm size that is also common. You can find quite a few on eBay.
Some flywheels are on there much tighter than others....my flywheel in my 03 barely came off with the official Honda flywheel puller when I was wacking it (the tool) with a hammer. I tried using a gear puller before that that was pulling pretty darn hard and it couldn't get it off.
The flywheel in my 06 came off quite a bit easier....I just removed the nut and then I was able to remove it by hand with the flywheel puller.
