If jetted properly, I'd say yes.

I can easily get my Ruckus to 43mph and if I have ample cruising area can get it to just go over the 45mph hash mark. This is not GPS verified but I'd be more than willing to try it out if someone in the Miami Area wants to bring me a GPS unit This is bone stock and I weigh 173. I can hit 42mph with my girl on the back.

My stock '09 was going 43 maxed out. I threw a polini variator, belt. and posh cdi... now i'm lucky to hit 40 on flat ground. Even with both weight sets that were sent to me. Perhaps i should try my stock weights or maybe it just needs to be rejet?

It does not need to be rejetted! Just try a lot of different weights. You can mix two different weight weights, just alternate the heavyer and lighter weights. Please read the threads, most all questions you have will have been answered on here somewhere. Thanks!

Thanks, I actually kept reading after i posted that, realized i should only need re-jetting if i change intake or exhaust and stuff like that and about changing weights! I've been experimenting like crazy, but now I want to buy a couple weight kits so i can really experiment! You guys are awesome here and I appreciate all the info!
