58cc is really nice, don't be afraid, your speeds won't be THAT fast. Just use your judgement on when to go full throttle.

Is there a "How to" on this though?

buy kit, bore cylinder, install. Are you going to do it yourself?

Ya, maybe it would be better to take it to a scooter shop for installation?

Lots of scooter shops won't have the tools necessary to bore out a cylinder either. Send it to IHAR, if he's available. It'll cost you, but it will be done right.

If you want someone to do this for you, IHAR is your only option. Any other scooter shop (or motorcycle dealer) is going to charge you $1000 for the work so it won't be worth it. I had my engine rebuilt under warrentee by Honda and they said it would have been $1200 for that job....if you got them to bore it too then that would add another $100 plus the cost of the kit would put you down around $1600 total through Honda. A cheaper scooter shop might do it for less but no one is going to touch IHAR....and IHAR has way more experience. He'll do a great job.
If you want to do it yourself it's possible though. Just pick up a service manual, do a lot of reading and ask a lot of questions.
