I just bought a 2003 Ruckus and it is sputtering a bit sometimes and does not idle very well. The person I bought it from said the gas was very old. What is the easiest wat to drain the gas tank.

If you can get your hands on one of those manual fuel pumps that the small outboard boat engine have, it can be very easy, or do it the hard way and remove the fuel tank

I took your advise and bought a $1.99 hand pump at Auto zone. Got most of the gas out(90%).Filled with good 91 octane gas, still stalling and not idling.
Used some spray carb cleaner, runs a bit better, but still needs some help.Maybe I need to take it to the dealer.$$$

New plug? Is your airfilter okay?
