I just got my Ruckus and I can't figure out what to carry around to open the locked hidey-hole where the papers are kept. I can't see my self riding around with a screwdriver sticking out of my back pocket. Thanks!

I use the tip of my key. I'm in the process of having somebody fabricate a wingnut head on the bolt for me though.

It's designed to be opened with a quarter.
I think some of the newer Rucks don't have this door. They just starting handing the owners manual to you and leaving the door off because the screw always comes open and you lose the stuff inside.

We have a locked compartment somewhere? I need to get a manual... Hey! Nobody told me my seat flipped up! I found the compartment and the manual was in it. Now that I have the manual, I can read all about how to find it.

Most sales people don't know anything about our scoots, so they can't tell you much about them. All they know is they make more $ from selling bigger bikes.

Well, truth be told, when my aunt bought her Subaru Outback, I showed her features that the dealer didn't show her. So I wouldn't say it's just in our scooters...
But there is a lot of non-caring about our scooters. Ever seen an ad for one? Didn't think so.

Scrap the OEM screw and use a socket head screw (metric 6 x 1.0).
Wingnuts will hang on things. No tools required, just a couple of fingers.
