Yes, you read that right. I'm as shocked as anyone is going to be, but it's true, and I'm pretty "edit profanity" at Honda. This explains why the Met runs a main jet 3 points down from a Ruckus. So here it is. Please note, you might have to go to a 75 main after this. Step 1: Remove your seat and pull the carb off (well out of the way) - and if you can't do this STOP and take it to someone who can Step 2: Remove the 2 10mm bolts holding the intake manifold on, it will look like this when you are done Step 3: Pull that stupid restrictor off and throw it in the garbage! Step 4: Put it all back together.

FYI - I discovered this last week, and since over a dozen bikes have done this and seen nothing but great things. Higher cruising speed, better acell, better millage, their dead plants even came back!

No one as of yet. We're 100% for not re-jetting. Some folks are going to try the 75 main. We'll have to see how they do.

So far no-one has found this on the 2005, and it has been found on several 2007s.
