So I got around to installing these today, took about 10 minutes and you only need basic hand tools.
8mm Allen
2mm Allen
14mm Socket
Ratchet
Flat Blade
Phillips
Floor Jack or Wood
We'll start with the plug:

Here is the kit, notice that there are 2 extra grade 8 bolts for those of you running a NON-NCY engine mount. The bolts that are mounted in the sliders are for the NCY Optimum Frame Extension, they are a different thread pitch, so not using the right bolts will destroy your engine mount.
Here we see the kit out of the package, notice that the sliders are two pieces for maximum strength.
First step is to remove your frame caps. Here we see that this bike is using an NCY Optimum Frame Extension and therefore has 8mm Allen head bolts holding the engine mount in. BEFORE you remove these bolts support your engine with a floor jack or some wood to help prevent sag which will make installation more difficult. For those of you not using an NCY Extension these bolts should be a 14mm socket head. ONLY REMOVE ONE SIDE AT A TIME, this will make your job easier.
After you have removed the old bolt, using the correct bolt for your application install the longer bolts provided with the frame slider mount. You may have to align the holes with a screw driver to get the bolt to go in. Don't force it or cross thread it as you could ruin your engine mount, this is especially true of the NCY Mount since it's made of aluminum and the harder grade 8 bolt will strip it out if installed incorrectly.
Lastly screw the frame slider onto the mount and using the 2mm Allen head set screw lock it in place.
No go ride, and try not to crash, but if you must at least you know now that your bike will be a little less damaged in case of a fall.
I leaned my bike over and these do a decent job of keeping major parts from hitting the ground, your results may vary due to the infinite configurations of what could be sticking out off your bike. I also stood on these with all my weight and they are super solid. I can't condone riding with your feet there, or carrying passengers, but....
