Courtesy of Jasper: After nearly one and a half month wait, the 2006 carburetor needle finally arrived! For those who haven't ever opened the top of the carb to put the needle in, here are some visuals to show you how simple it is to change the needle. Top of the carb... Right below the lid.... The piece that holds the needle..... And finally the screw that must be released to take the needle out. Overall, I am REALLY impressed by this needle. Most noticeable change in low and mid range power. It made the ruck feel more "lighter" and changed the sound of the engine by a little bit. I was also able to squeeze around 1 more km/h from it too!

Way to keep your Ruckus super clean! It's impressive how in focus that picture of the screw thing that holds the needle in place is. That's a tough picture to take.

If you have a hard time fitting the diaphram thinger back on the top, you can try what i do, and put er in the freezer for about 5-10 mins, just to cool it off so it doesnt move so much.... Make sure you put the edges all in first, and then when you press it down, it will stay, dont try and get the edges right with it pressed down, as this is annoying and will probably never work unless you have magical hands

When I put the diaphram thing in I don't squash it down...first I seat the lip all the way around and then I hold the lip in place while I push the diaphram down. Then it'll stay put and you can screw the top cap on.
