So im running a 90 main with no shim right now, and its alright, a little slow from 45 and onwards. I went down to an 80 jet with a shim on the needle, my performance was crappy on the low end, but my top end i slowly crept up to about 65km/h. My ? is should i order some smaller mains, and try and tune the low end with slow jets When i was running the 80 with the shim, it was terribly rich at idle, again the dark black plug.

well a 90 is good on the bottom, lean up top and the 80 with shim is probably lean on the bottom and good up top. I'd suggest trying an 78 with a 40 slowjet. You'll have equal fuel on the top end to an 82 which should still be good up top but you'll have quite a bit more fuel on the low end (stock slowjet = 35). If that's still not enough you could try a 75 main with a 42 slow jet. You know that 80 is good up top so try and keep that amount of gas on the top end (main + slow roughly) while adding more on the low end.

Probably a 40 slowjet with 80 and no shim should do the trick, i have 85 and 3 coils cut from the spring, it stumbles a little off idle but if you ease the throttle the accel and performance is the best all around, i will order the slow jets kit and then i will install my new '06 needle, and will report on performance

Yeah, i just talked to abe, the lowest they can charge for shipping is $12, might as well make it worth my while. He's the only guy i can find that sells larger slow jets, he deserves my buisness too, he's the only one who knows what the parts look like for the ruckus, ive totally given up on all my local shops

It's really too bad I forgot about your jet needs when I ordered from battlescooter a week ago. I could have got the jets tossed in for no extra cost and then mailed them to you in an envelope for about 2$. Anyways, it's too late now.
Timber, here's an idea for you: I want that temperature gauge dipstick that just got listed on Battlescooter. If you want, you could order that for me and the jets you want and then we can split the shipping costs (10$ each) and you can just toss it in when you mail the Polini to me in a couple weeks. Then I'll just paypal you for it ($61?) plus 10$ shipping plus duty. It doesn't really save you much but it's an idea. If you don't want to then I'll just order it when I get the wheelbase extension kit in a month or two.
