throtle adjustment ?

I did a search and can't find any matchs. I took my bike apart today so I can do some welding and paint. The throtle cable is the only thing that runs through the frame. I didnt think about and messed with adjustment, so I will need to fix this before my zoomer will zoom. Any help will be great.

If your hand is on the throttle, the adjuster is just below your hand, you might need a small wrench. It's on the cable, under a rubber boot sleeve.
