My Ruckus has 2800 plus miles and my forks are crap. Could I just replace the springs in the forks or would I need to order the other stuff in there too.

Yup that should be it. Just clean everything well and grease it good. If you can, get stiffer springs from somewhere. I suggest adding a bit of preload when you put it back together to stiffen it a bit. Get a metal ring to go underneath the spring that won't interfere with the rubber stopper. You can safely (IMO) add 10mm of preload without worring about bottoming out the spring or losing any travel.
