I'd like to add the Gatlinburg Motor Nature Trail to Friday's riding this year. Ride to Bennett's Bar-B-Q for breakfast, then turn out through the Trail. Mitzie and I rode it before the Chanito's got there last year.......very fun and scenic........... Soon as we see we can go up, I'll let you know Kami. We'd still like to do a weekend Ruck-Ride up there soon...........

Do keep us posted, yo. Need to get familiar with the new roads, and reacquaint ourselves with the others. Oh, and my brother's made a simple camera mount using the holes where your footpegs were. So far we've got four different mounts, counting the two that we already had. What he really wants is a lockable metal box that'll fit on the front rack. That way if it starts raining we can put the camera in the box. And keep, you know, tape, batteries, whatever in there.

I just realized, going through old posts on this thread, that Skuuter never finished his ride report. What a slacker! Well, since I'm not a slacker, and neither is my brother, the Kami no Yoguruto (originaljoie), here's the videos: battlescooter.proboards27.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=pictures&thread=4188Hope those play better for you guys, they're in flv format. First time uploading something as an flv.

First time uploading something as an flv. Yeah, I ended up leading (2) motorcycle rides, then scouting routes for Texas Mac Memorial Ride, then leading another one, more scouting, then T-Mac itself last week......"WHEW"......calendar a little emptier now except for (2) family reunions............ Mitzie and I will have locking GIVI boxes (waterproof) on our Rucks this year.....we could put the camera stuff in there if we stop or get bad weather............ I'll try to finish the ride reports.....might hafta' add/ correct some things for me......"OLD FOLKS MEMORY" you know...... I'll keep Ya' posted on a ride weekend............ ;D Oh yeah, the videos were great, and Chanito, I'll get on some drawings..............

Well, according to mapquest, Hamilton, ON is about 140 miles closer to Townsend, TN than Miami, FL is. So, everyone mark your odometer's before you leave.

I dunno, I've been to Atlanta several times for the NOPI Nationals... and Atlanta is never as bad to drive through as Charlotte. There might be a lot more people on the roads down there, but their roads are a lot better set up.

Had a question about the ride, my ruckus is bone stock other than cosmetics. Am i going to have a hard time keeping up with your modified rides or would it not be that bad? I am thinking about coming up for a couple days because i am only about an hour and 45 minutes away. Looks like a great time and I get bored riding in the mountains by myself here in bristol Va.
