I was doing the "Timber Valve Adjust", and notice the filter tucked up behind the gas tank. At only 2000 miles, it didn't need a new one, but will I have to rip the seat/floorboard out to change it? It seemed like all that plastic housing around the filter and the fuel pump (?) somehow snaps apart to get to the fuel line easier... but I couldn't figure it out. Is it accessible from underneath the scoot?

Yes it is, but is super tight to get in there and get the hoses off the old filter, installing the new is a piece of cake

Found my fuel filter much easier to change after removing foot board and tipping gas tank out of the way...just a suggestion.
