My dealer suggested I use a fuel stabilizer since I don't put on a lot of miles every week. I usually run Sea Foam in my mowers, chain saw, outboard, etc. so I don't have to worry about the gas going bad before I use it up. Any reason not to?

I don't see why not. The Ruckus can go over 100miles on a tank so if you don't ride much you should do something. If you have ever looked in a mower tank that sits without use you know what I mean (it looks like gross pond water).
Your carb will stay nice and clean too ;D
