it was the diaphram, a new one costs about 45 dollars, i said screw that so i took some silicone and sealed the rip on the diaphram and that made it go 34 again but what are some mods i can do to make it go 40 so i can ride on 35 mph roads

is the tire pressure what it's supposed to be?

I would start by actually replacing the broken part rather than wasting money else where but that's me....

the got the new one and put in today and it still only goes 34 right now i have the fuel filter off and how do i tell if i need a new one or not and and if you know any other mods that can make it go faster please let me know
