Hi guys, What is the redish colored hose that clips in at the rear differencial meant for? I know I read it on here before but am having no luck finding it again!

Once again that hose is to collect the condensed blow-by vapors from the pcv system

You'll almost never see fluid it in but once when my valve gaps were so far off that my Ruckus wouldn't really start and would flood then It would collect fluid.

Ahh, ok. Mine had some in it and I emptied. I just adjusted the valves and they were off by quite a bit -- maybe thats why.

Congrats on getting the valves adjusted..sounds like you must know what you're doing if you're diving it to bigger jobs like that.

Thanks, it went pretty well. I glanced over timber's how to beforehand so I had an idea of what I was doing and had the manual just incase, but it all was pretty straight forward. While I had it that far apart, I changed the fuel filter and spark plug as well. She's ready to run now!

Congrats on having some hair. That's what it's all about! Just have to dive in. And the perusal of the work of others is a big + too. Nice job.
