please help me I need the inch pound torque of the fork pinch bolts and front axle nut.

front axel nut is 33 lb ft
Fork pinch bolts, tight, but not too tight..... i say maybe as hard as you can halway in on the shaft with a small socket wrench, they dont need to be ridiculously tight

thank you, I am doing some experiments with the stock forks, I Think I have found some heaver replacement springs. If it works well I will share here, I know it would be well appreciated. It will be awhile though because I still need to order them. any one know if the rear shock can be dissasembled to change the spring? I might also have a cheap fix for it to.

Yeah I think you can remove the spring. The bottom mounts screw off I believe.
