::)Anyone having problems with their Kickstand coming loose. Mine has come loose three times. I used lock washers but it still comes loose. It has been bent a couple of times due to falling partly on the road and lost one spring so far. ( they are heck to put back on ). Right now I'm holding it up with a bungie cord to keep it from dragging the road.

Do you have the kickstand from battlescooter? If so, I'm surprised you're having such severe problems with it. I've got one (lowered) and you do need to keep the nut tight but I've been using it for months and only once did I have to snug it up a little.
Anyways, you should buy some red locktight and use that on the threads so it doesn't come loose again.

Judging from your other post it seems like you are having problems with your centerstand, not a kickstand (aka sidestand). I've never had a problem with my centerstand coming loose nor have I heard of anyone else with this problem. However, after putting 20,000 miles on my first Ruckus the holes in the engine skid plate that the centerstand bolt goes through had worn into ovals and the kickstand didn't hang right anymore and it would sometimes hit the tire. I ended up just cutting those tabs off the back of the skid plate and repainting the skid plate and then I put it on my 2006 Ruckus (and used a kickstand) and put my 2006 skidplate and centerstand on my 2003 Ruckus before I sold it.
